If you're my Facebook friend, you may know that a few years ago, I started keeping track of how many books I read a year. I did that to extrapolate how many books I've read in my life, but I've kept doing it because it's so fun to track what I've read and make a best-of list at the end of the year. So to start, the reading stats from 2018:
Reading count: 91 books
Reading goal: read more non-fiction to try to like it more
Things learned:
Audiobooks provide great entertainment while commuting and running
I still don't really like non-fiction
Annnnnnd here are my best-of 2018 reading recommendations!
The Hero's Guide to Saving your Kingdom by Christopher Healy
A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman
Wild Bird by Wendelin Van Draanen
Far From the Tree by Robin Benway
Renegades by Marissa Meyer
A Week of Mondays by Jessica Brody
Where There's Hope by Elizabeth Smart
Save the Date by Morgan Matson
Educated by Tara Westover
